Instruction to use in conventional Oven
1.Pre-Heat oven to the required temperature, don't use above 220 degree in conventional ovens
2.Wash the seasonal food and place in the bag. Then close it with special tie by leaving plenty of air inside to assist cooking.
3. Snip off top corner of bag to allow steam escaping. Put it in deep roasting dish and cook in center of oven. Bags must keep away from oven walls, racks or heating element.
4. When finished the process of cooking, you can take out food and use the leaving juice to make gravy!
